Having spent almost 15 years as in-house counsel at two of Canada’s largest publicly-traded companies, I bring a practical, results-oriented approach to my corporate/commercial practice. My practice focuses on helping businesses small and large throughout their lifecycle, from incorporation to restructurings, to growth and acquisitions, and to exit events like a sale. I also assist in the buying, selling and leasing of commercial real estate as well as helping private individuals with succession planning.
