As Manager of Human Resources and Professional Development at Linmac, I am responsible for directly overseeing the HR and Professional Development functions at the firm. Working closely with the CEO, I implement strategic and talent management initiatives aligned to the firm’s strategic plan and core values. This includes leading the recruitment, development, engagement, retention and career advancement of all team members across the offices in Calgary, Toronto and Vancouver.

I am a Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) with over 25 years of HR and leadership experience. I am also a published author, having launched and led consulting firms that support organizations with their workforce planning and organizational design strategies, while developing HR programs to complement their growth objectives. 

As a proud Ambassador with Make-A-Wish® Canada, I am committed to raising funds through the publication of my book. I am also an enthusiastic contributor to Forbes Magazine through the Forbes Business Council, as well as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where I provide research in shaping the content developed for publications on leadership.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time walking in nature, having reflective conversations over a warm coffee, all while writing my next book.
