Peter Luciano advises clients ranging from new start-ups to established private corporations.
He has extensive experience assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, as well as the acquisition and disposition of businesses. His practice includes organizing and reorganizing partnerships and corporations, drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, completing mortgage and financing transactions, and preparing and implementing shareholder agreements.

Peter is also a professional musician and actor and was featured in a movie (“The Music Man”) and numerous commercials, toured across Canada and Germany and won the 1999 Genie award for co-writing the ‘Best Original Song’ in a movie.
