As part of the senior leadership team my role is to strategically align the firm’s vision and mission to our people and culture goals. My focus is to recruit, develop, motivate and retain top talent through creative talent planning, employee engagement and professional development. I consider myself a highly motivated, team player who fosters growth and development while encouraging creativity and supporting a strong work ethic.
My role is to maintain direct daily contact with all levels of the firm, across our three offices in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. I strongly believe in creating an environment where people feel empowered, supported and limitless for achieving their full potential.
