Jordan regularly advises mid-market private companies, often acting as the first point of contact with respect to their legal needs. With a background in business and having commenced his career in-house, he prides himself on his ability to apply legal principles in pursuit of the business goal. He has considerable experience advising professionals in the context of regulated industries, regularly working with veterinarians, pharmacists, dentists, audiologists, funeral directors and professionals across regulated industries.

Although his core competency relates to the purchase and sale of a business, Jordan frequently provides assistance with secured financing transactions, reorganizations, commercial contracts, shareholder issues and agreements, employment law and corporate governance.

This cross-section of knowledge allows Jordan to advise not-for-profit organizations, particularly trade associations, with respect to corporate governance and general legal matters. His goal is to identify issues early so as to provide practical, client-focused solutions.

When not in the office, Jordan spends as much time as possible outdoors with his growing family. During the rare escape, he can be found on his road bike training for the Ride for Farley, on the squash court, or partaking in some automotive-related activity.
